You guys are the bomb! Especially Alblaka for taking all the feedback from us punks and being kind enough to give us updates.

  7. Andrew says:

Sweet, are you going to let anyone post to it so long as they don’t post bogus bugs?

    • Alblaka says:

Well, if people want to spam nonsense, they could do it on the forum as well. Difference is, the bugtracker is even easier to moderate/manage in this regard.
(Oh, and filling out a ticket takes more time then creating a new thread)

  8. LordFokas says:

That’s very nice… The one problem is, you’ll have a lot of bogus reports from people who can’t tell a bug apart from a feature; like mobs wearing IC2 armor on the Hallowe’en night…

It is still able to do it job though…

  9. Opulous says:

Just wanted to say that I think it’s absolutely awesome you have been so much more active in the community like this, Alblaka. The pre-releases and the bug tracker have only just made me love you and your team even more. I’m sorry that some people have been rude in the way they requested it, but the way you’ve reached out even after that is absolutely admirable and I wanted to commend you for it. I know it’s probably not much since I’m just some stranger on the internet, but I figured I’d throw in my two cents and let you know that a guy who’s been with you since IC1 has been only loving your work more and more.

    • Alblaka says:

      Thanks for the positive feedback.

I as well think these few changes were necessary and whilst that uproar wasn’t exactly polite or pleasent, it sorta did it’s job.
